The planning application seeks approval for the sub-division of an existing retail unit on Parliament Street, Ramsey, into two units and the installation of a replacement rooflight.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2. This approval relates to the location plan, the photograph and drawing no. 1.7058-101-00 date stamped the 26th October 2005.
N 1. For single connections to a water main (i.e. a single dwelling) the applicant should contact Isle of Man Water Authority Customer Services, telephone 695949.
N 2. For a change in the water supply to a premises (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Les Quayle), telephone 695957.
N 3. The applicant/developer is recommended to consider the provision of access which is suitable for wheelchair users.
N 4. The applicant is advised to consult with the Fire Safety Officer with regards to the provision of appropriate fire precaution measures.
