Officer's Report

The planning application seeks reserved matters approval for the previously approved approval in principle planning application 05/00148/A, which granted approval for the creation of a new vehicular access for a dwelling in Laxey.

A recent reserved matters planning application, 05/01289/A, was deemed withdrawn after the contents of its submission failed to meet the conditions attached to the approval in principle. This current planning application rectifies this and does meet the conditions attached to the approval in principle.

There are no objections to the planning application and as it meets the conditions attached to the approval in principle I consider that it is acceptable. Accordingly, I recommend that the planning application be approved.
