Officer's Report
The planning application seeks approval for the conversion and use of a property in Ramsey into a funeral furnishing business. The property is currently used for storage.
There are no objections to the planning and I consider the proposal to be acceptable. The Department of Transport’s Highways Division have requested that the entrance be widened, which can be suitably conditioned. I recommend that the planning application be approved.
