Officer's Report
The site represents land associated with Corlea Farm, lying to the south of the Ronague Road, close to its junction with the Ballamodha Straight.
Proposed is the erection of a detached stable block alongside existing farm buildings. The block will be 21m by 10m with a shallow pitched roof up to a ridge 4.3m in height. This is to replace an existing stable building which is in poor condition.
There is limited visual impact from this proposed building due to the distance from the road and the existence of other buildings. Its visual impact will not be adverse.
