Officer's Report
The property is a semi-detached traditional cottage lying on the eastern side of the A3 Foxdale Road within an area designated as "white land" on the 1982 plan and within an area of HLV.
Previously, permission was granted for the replacement of windows - PA 03/0110.
Now proposed is a rear extension of traditional form and appearance. The extension is on the northern side of the adjacent property so should not affect light thereto. Confirmation that the neighbour is aware of the proposal would be helpful.
I have written to the neighbour but have received no response.
There are no windows in the elevation facing the neighbour and I can see no objection to this proposal.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice. C 2. This permission relates to the alterations and extensions shown in drawing reference RK/1/05 received on 22nd September, 2005. C 3. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects. C 4. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
N 1. This permission does not grant any authority for the undertaking of building or engineering operations on, under or over land which is not within the ownership or control of the applicant.
