The site represents the curtilage of an existing detached property in Friary Park. The property is a detached bungalow and has a detached garage alongside in the rear garden. Proposed is the replacement of the flat roof on the garage with a pitched roof.
I am not sure that this requires planning permission as the garage is smaller than that permitted under the PDO and the roof complies with this. the replacement of the roof is an improvement.
