Memomandrum To: Ian McCauley, Director of Planning and Building Control From: Ian Brooks, Planning Officer 15th September 2006 Compliance with Conditions: PA05/01493/B Creation of an additional overspill car parking and extended and realigned access road to rear of church, St Ninians Church, Ballaquayle Road, Douglas. To consider the submission of details in accordance with Condition 2 of Planning Permission 05/01493/B dated 2nd November 2005. Condition 2 stated: "Prior to the commencement of any works, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee an amended plan showing the deletion of spaces 38 and 39, such spaces being incorporated into the landscaped area at the front of the church, and the inclusion of at least two spaces suitable for use by disabled drivers. The applicant has submitted details of the revised parking layout in accordance with the Condition. I consider the details to be acceptable and I therefore recommend that Condition 2 be discharged.
