Officer's Report
The site represents the curtilage of an existing property in Ballacriy Park. The property has been the subject of a number of previous applications, together with the land to the side and rear - PAs 05/0443 for the Demolition of existing garage and erection of garage to east boundary, erection of sun lounge extension to south elevation, installation of uPVC windows and doors to replace existing and painted dash and render over existing brickwork, PA 05/0463 Approval in principle to demolish existing single garage and erect a dwelling with associated parking refused and the subject of an appeal, 05/0533 - erection of dwelling alongside 7, ballacriy Park - refused on review, 05/0330 and 05/0748 - alterations to Capri - both permitted.
Now proposed are alterations to Capri. These are similar to those approved under PA 05/0443 but the new garage will be attached to the main house. This makes little difference to the approved scheme and there are no objections.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2. This permission relates to the alterations and extensions shown in drawings reference 1088-01A and -05 both received on 10th August, 2005.
C 3. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
