{{table:115324}} Principle acceptable but lots of the detail is wrong and we need to assess the nature of the changes to both Malew Street & Arbory Street – Large dominant new build/extensions out of scale with streetscene. Please arrange discussion with myself and Steve Moore – an important scheme but one that needs working on e.g. need existing floor plans to establish extent of demolition and rebuild. {{table:115325}} Poor design to Old Castletown Road. Also plan of shop shows roller shutters but elevation shows a window. Clarify "shop" use. Need conditions because description is industrial but answers to Question 16 is a mixed use. Vehicle repair is not industrial etc. {{table:115326}} Ok, but note two different lower ground floor plans. Principle appear ok. Photos needed of external appearance, conditions no external alterations, permission is needed for any signs. Take careful note of any representations from Commissioners / local residents regarding description of location of site.
