Please find below the Commissioners decisions in relation to Planning Applications considered by them at their meeting on the 28th June 2005.

PA05 1025 - Isle of Man Farmers - Addition of windows in side of shop, windows will be uPVC. The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application. PA05 1042 - Brupat Limited - Existing windows to be replace by look-a-like windows in uPV. The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application.

PA05 1043 - Sunnymeade House, Quines Hill - Proposed alterations to convert existing detached garage to provide ancillary self contained guest/tourist accommodation.

The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application. PA05 1055 - Maddison Lodge, Lhergy Cripperty - Internal alterations and creation of window within the rear elevation. The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application.

PA05 1078 - AE Corkill (Removals) Ltd - Internal conversion of office area with the frontage changed to show company colours and logo with a storage area constructed internally.

The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application. PA05 1093 - Dept of Education - Single storey internal courtyard extension and internal alteration - Braddan Primary School. The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application.

PA05 01103 - BPC - Clybane Playground - To demolish and remove all existing structures and timber fence as shown on drawings and develop a new playground.

The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application. PA05 1115 - The Warehouse, Corletts Yard - Change of use to commercial garage for automotive mechanical and electrical repairs.
