Officer's Report

The application seeks approval for the erection of a single storey rear extension onto a detached dwelling in Onchan. The proposed extension will provide an en-suite disabled bathroom.

I consider the extension to be relatively modest, in keeping with the existing dwelling and to have a suitably limited impact on the surrounding properties. Accordingly, I recommend that the planning application be approved.
