Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
This permission relates to the erection of a single storey extension and conservatory to rear elevation, raising of the existing bungalow roof and the raising of the rear garden as shown in drawing numbers F/1/05; F/2/05 and F/3/05 all received on the 30th June 2005.
Condition 3
The facing materials of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
Condition 4
The roofing of the raised roof to the property and the roofing of the single storey extension to the property hereby permitted shall not commence until samples of the roofing materials to be used have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Condition 5
Prior to the commencement of works, details of the engineering operations involved for the raising of the slope of the bank (including details of the stabilisation of the bank and details of the external finishes to the engineering operations) must be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority. The engineering operations shall be carried out in full accordance with the approved details.
