This application sought permission to demolish an existing garage on land adjacent to 16 Stanley Mount, Peel, and replace it with two new dwellings and associated garaging. The site sits on the southern side of Stanley Mount and was occupied at the time by single-storey garages. The site falls within a conservation area. During the application process, the drawings were amended so that the garage doors slide around the aperture rather than opening outward, as originally shown. Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
This permission relates to the replacement of the existing garages with two new dwellings as shown in drawing reference 43-01-01C received on 4th August, 2005.
Condition 3
The new windows must be sliding sash, framed in either timber, aluminium or plastic. Prior to the installation of any of the windows, sectional details show in the profile of the frame and glazing bars must be approved by the Planning Authority.
