Officer's Report
This application relates to a detached bungalow on the corner of Ballagarey Road and Greeba Avenue in Glen Vine.
The proposal is to provide an ensuite on the bedroom through internal alterations and to provide a new window to the ensuite and the bedroom in the side elevation of the house. The two windows are relatively small, the bathroom one being obscure glazed. There will be no adverse impact of overlooking of neighbouring properties or on the appearance of the building and the proposal is considered to be acceptable.
