Conservation Officer's Report on Discharge of Conditions
This is an application for Reserved Matters to discharge the Conditions relating to the previous planning application No. 05/01023/GB. Those conditions are C.2 (a), (b) and (c). We have discharged conditions C.2 (a) and (b), this is to discharge C.2 (c).
The applicant has provided a large scale drawing relating to the detailing of the Bay Window in order to discharge Condition C.2 (c) of the approval. We have been in correspondence with the applicant and his agent regarding these details and now consider that there is sufficient evidence to discharge Conditions C.2 (c) of the application 05/01023/GB.
