In pursuance of its powers granted under the above Acts, Order and Regulations, the Planning Committee of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby PERMIT development of the under-mentioned registered buildings in accordance with the application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 5 August 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

This permission relates to the alterations as set out in the plans submitted with the planning application noted in the proposal.
Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- Prior to the commencement of any works, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee
(a) a photographic survey of the existing building; (b) a sample of the proposed roofing slate; and (c) a large-scale (1:20 or better) drawing of the glazing to the rear bay window.
- All external replacement doors must be painted (and not stained).
- Subject to the above conditions, this approval relates to drawings 0503/1-4 date-stamped 27th May 2005.
NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
NOTE This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: The decision contained in this notice does not become final until:-
- the time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
Note 2: Rights of appeal against the decision of the planning committee are attached.
Note 3: An appeal may be requested within a period of 21 days.
Note 4: If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application which is to be the subject of a planning review, the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
