In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr And Mrs Tomlinson Proposal: Alterations and extensions to replace existing porch with replacement porch, provide breakfast room, sun room, games room, balcony to front elevation, patio area and new boundary wall, formerly at: Fingan 28 Majestic Close Onchan Isle Of Man IM3 2JH
which was considered on 17 June 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing numbers AT715.1, AT715.2 and AT715.4 date stamped the 1st April 2005 and drawing numbers AT715.3 rev 1 and AT715.5 rev 1 date stamped the 20th May 2005.
- Prior to the commencement of the use of the balcony hereby approved the opaque glazing as shown on drawing no. 715.5 rev 1 must be in situ and maintained as such thereafter. Details of the level of opaqueness must be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority prior to installation.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
