Name: Robinson's Fruiterers Proposal: Extend food preparation area with new kitchen, Robinsons, at: Ballapaddag Cooil Road Douglas Isle Of Man IM4 2AF which was considered on 3 June 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to plan and drawing numbers $05 / B P / 56101 \mathrm{rev} \mathrm{A}$, 05/BP/561 02, 05/BP/561 03 rev E, 05/BP/561 04, 05/BP/561 05, 05/BP/561 06, 05/BP/561 07, and 05/561 08.
3. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -

• the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
• any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
• the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
• any appeal has been completed.
