The above mentioned application has been considered by the Network Planning Section and the following observations are the response of the Director of Highways on behalf of the DOT Highways Client Group.
I can now confirm that the response of the Highways Division of the Department of Transport is:
No adverse traffic impacts subject to imposition of the following condition(s).
Condition:
Four off street parking spaces are to be provided to serve the needs of the development. Visibility splays of 2.4 x 33 metres are required to serve the needs of the development.
Reason:
To ensure adequate access and vehicle parking facilities and in the interests of road safety.
