Reasons For Refusal:
- There is not in the submitted application (even as supplemented by the information received on the 6th June 2005) sufficient information to enable a full assessment of
(a) how the existing parking spaces are allocated and/or used; or (b) how the proposed uses would be operated and managed such as to avoid overspill and obstruction.
- This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
