Officer's Report
- The site is defined as the curtilage of one of the industrial buildings within the former quarry on Douglas Head.
- The application relates to one bay, or unit, within this building, and to 3 associated parking spaces. The development is, I think, sub-division of the building; the use is stated to be light industrial (see letter of 1st June), whereas the established use is, as far as I can determine, warehouse.

- Light industrial use may be acceptable, but the piecemeal approach to the use of the building and to the parking is not satisfactory.
I recommend refusal. We need to have a complete picture of the use of the whole building and the associated parking areas.
