Maughold Commissioners had their meeting this evening and the following decisions were made:-.
PA04/1726B Ballacorteen Farm, conversion of barn – additional information – Approved.
PA04/1713B Ballafayle E Callow, erection of two farm dwellings, reburbishment of barn for garaging and workshop – Commissioners still object to these plans. The Commissioners can’t understand why there are two sets of proposals for the same property.
PA05/0322 Coastways – conservatory of roof terrace – approve.
PA05/0382 Primrose Lodge – new garage – approve.
PA05/0478 Ballafayle e Callow – conversion of existing farm buildings to two semi detached and two detached dwellings – Commissioners approve this in principle provided the dwellings are single storey
PA05/0195B Primrose Lodge Barn – repositioning of windows on approved conversion. The Commissioners have no objections regarding the windows on this plan. However the Commissioners still strongly object to the new road being planned, we understood from the Dept of Transport that they would not allow another entrance onto this bend in the road as it is a dangerous bend.
