In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you

Which was considered on 21 June 2002, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
Note 3: Rights of the appeal against the decision of the planning committee are attached.
Note 4: An appeal must be requested within a period of 21 days.
SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS

- This approval relates to the stable block (already erected) and the renovation and reconstruction of the outbuilding, all as shown in the submitted plans.
- The stables may be used only for the keeping of horses and associated equipment and/or feed.
- The midden must be relocated as shown in the A4 site plan dated 23rd May 2002 within 3 months of the date of this notice as it becomes final.
- All foul and surface water drainage must be installed as shown in the A4 site plan dated 23rd May 2002.
- New evergreen shrubs must be planted between the tourist accommodation and Hillberry Manor as shown in the A4 site plan dated 23rd May 2002 prior to within six months of the date of this notice becoming final.
- The eastern elevation must be finished in natural stone to match the adjacent buildings.
- The tourist accommodation may only be occupied by bona fide tourists with no individual tenancy exceeding two consecutive weeks in duration.
NOTE The Fire Prevention Officer recommends that the means of escape from the upper floor and ground floor bedrooms is inherently unsafe.
