My Commissioners have no objections to the following planning applications:

• 05-0581 Construction of Sunroom - Gorselands, Foxdale Road, Eairy.
• 05-0587 Proposed Dormer Bungalow – 96, Ballagarey Rd., Glen Vine.
• 05-0654 Removal of Agricultural Workers condition – Three Acres, Ballafreer Lane.
• 05-0686 Proposed replacement Garage etc. – Ballargher House, Union Mills.

In respect of 05-0686 above, it has been noticed that replacement Gate Pillars from Ballavargher House to the highway have already been constructed and therefore perhaps the application should be for retrospective approval.
