The site relates to Ivydene, 36 Derby Road, Peel which is opposite Shroprite. It is proposed to replace the existing timber framed sliding sash windows with uPVC sliding sash windows. This is an attractive dwelling outside of the Conservation Area. The replacement windows are therefore judged acceptable.
