Isle Of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982
TO: Mr. N. G. Crowe, Chrystals Commercial, 31 Victoria Street, Douglas, Isle of Man.

In pursuance of his powers under the above Acts and Order the MINISTER for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby APPROVE the application by David Raviv – Change of use of paddock to land held for the purposes of the Burial Authority, Land to the rear of 112-118 Royal Avenue, Onchan, subject to compliance with the following conditions:-
(1) The use of the site as a burial ground may not commence until such time as there has been submitted to and approved by the Department a planning application including details of any engineering operations required to make the site suitable for burial purposes, a landscaping scheme (which should include provision for a suitable buffer between the area used for burials and adjoining housing), and details of any buildings, structures, and boundary treatment.
(2) The landscaping scheme referred to in condition (1) above must be implemented at least 10 years prior to the commencement of any use of the land for burials.
