   The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

   The new stone wall at the rear of the proposed parking area must: a) be 1.8m high (and not topped with fencing as indicated on the drawing); and must b) be constructed to match the existing wall using thin-coursed Manx slate salvaged from the existing wall.

   Subject to condition (2) above, this approval relates to the submitted plans which are date-stamped 14th February 2005.
