In pursuance of his powers under the above Acts and Order the MINISTER for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby APPROVE the application by Mr A Scarlett for the partial demolition of farmhouse and conversion from domestic dwelling to holiday accommodation at Ballakerkey Farm, Shore Road, Glen Maye, Patrick subject to the conditions specified on the attached schedule and numbered 1-4.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- Prior to the commencement of works on site, the line of the existing public outfall pipe must be identified and protected whilst all works are carried out. No new buildings, trees or shrubs may be planted within three metres of the pipe at any time.
- The new accommodation must be available for bona fide tourists with no individual tenancy exceeding four consecutive weeks in duration, between the months of April and October, and it shall be used for no other purpose including permanent residential accommodation.
- Prior to any demolition or building works in connection with the development hereby approved, the old sow house at the western end of outbuilding to the west of ‘Shady Moar’ shall be demolished and all materials from it shall be removed from the site.
