Officer's Report
The site represents the domestic curtilage of a relatively new dwelling erected at the lower end of Glen Maye Park at the northern end of Glen Maye.
The existing property is a detached, two storey house with attached garage. Proposed here is the erection of a monopitched roofed front porch in place of the existing canopy and the replacement of an existing rear elevation window with patio doors and the extension of the steps presently just serving the patio doors to the left.
None of these alterations adversely affect the appearance of the property or the amenities of neighbours.
