Planning Report and Recommendations General Report Site Visited YES/NO 1. The site comprises part of the Special School site adjoining the site of the new Water Treatment Plant. 2. The application proposes (a) the erection of 5 cabins on an area of hardstanding; and (b) use of these, for approx 4 years, by the Dept. of Ed. for the "Youth Water Project".
