St Ninians Church Hall, St Ninians Road, Douglas, Isle Of Man, IM2 4be
This application sought permission to erect a sheltered housing complex on land at St. Ninians Church, St. Ninians Road, Douglas, in the parish of Braddan. The proposal involved demolishing the existing church hall and replacing it with the new complex, along with a new access road, associated car parking, landscaping, and a dedicated car park for church members only. The application was a resubmission of an earlier proposal. The Planning Committee approved it on 20 April 2005, subject to nine conditions.
