Officer's Report
The site represents the curtilage of Castle Rushen High School located on the southern side of Arbory Road. The proposal concerns a part of the site towards the centre, part of an existing building where it is proposed to add a ramped access and replace an existing window with a door and an existing door with a window to enable disabled persons to gain access to the building. Also proposed are handrails to assist those using the ramp.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2. This approval relates to the creation of ramped access as shown in drawings 13778/02 and 13778/04 both received on 13th January, 2005.
N 3. The applicant is encouraged to discuss the proposal with the Disability Access Officer to ensure that all aspects of the development are suitable for use by disabled people.
