- The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s A, B and C date stamped the 19th January 2005.
NOTE The applicant is recommended to consult with the Fire Safety Officer with regard to the means of escape from the upper floor.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consider the comments of the Disability Access Office.
NOTE For a change in the water supply to a premises (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Les Quayle), telephone 695957.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
