In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Fosterplus (IOM) Proposal: Proposed conversion of existing ground floor workshop to additional office accommodation including replacement of existing first floor gable window and main entrance screen to ground floor (re submission to PA 04/01767) (Readvertised) at: Alpine Mews Summerhill Road Onchan
which was considered on 15 April 2005, for the reasons set out below.

NOTE As the proposed application has been refused but the use proposed is already being undertaken, the use is unlawful and must cease within three months of the date of this notice as it becomes final.
NOTE This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
