Guay This property is in a conservation area so I would prefer to see painted timber sliding sash windows fitted. However is the Terrace in a Conservation Area for its distinctive brickwork rather than its windows. From recollection I think there may only be two properties with original sls windows in the whole terrace so therefore I think it would be difficult to insist on painted timber sls.
