Dear Sarah,
Please find below the Commissioners decisions in relation to planning applications considered by them at their meeting on 1st February 2005.
PA05 0118 - DAFF - Application to plant small groups of native hardwood trees and the bird sanctuary to be recognised - South of West Baldwin and East of Ballachrink Farm.
The Commissioners would recommend that the above application be approved.
PA05 0132 - Toyota, Surrey - Site of Hoarding/Advertisement - Caledonian Toyota, IoM Business Park - Application to permanently erect red signage.
The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that accurate Plans are requested which will clearly show the location of the proposed signage in particular in relation to the existing public highway.
It is not possible to clearly identify the proposed location of the signage from the Plans submitted. The Commissioners would request that this application is deferred until accurate plans have been submitted.
PA05 0139 - J R Riley, 24 Quines Corner, Douglas - Application to erect signage at Eden Park Garden Centre, Cooil Road, Braddan.
The Commissioners would recommend that the above application be approved.
PA05 0151 - Quay Properties - Application for replacement of existing asbestos roof with insulated 'plastisol' coated steel clad roof in dark grey - Descon Building.
The Commissioners would recommend that the above application be approved. I trust the above meets with your Committee's approval. Yours sincerely,
Gill Corlett Deputy Clerk
