The site represents the curtilage of the new Eden Park garden centre on the south western side of Cooil Road. Proposed here is the erection of signage at the front and rear of the building. It is lettering and a logo affixed to the glazed part of the building. The signage is made from plastic composite and is of an attractive design and not out of place on the building.
