Officer's Report
The site represents the curtilage of an existing terraced house located on the western side of Patrick Street, towards the northern end.
The property presently has top third opening casements. Proposed is the replacement of these windows with plastic-framed sliding sash windows which tilt.
This would be an improvement and would enhance the CA as required by the 1991 Act.
Recommend approval.
