In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 27 May 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing numbers C201 Rev B, C202 Rev B, C203 Rev A, C204 Rev A and B107
NOTE The applicant/developer is recommended to consider the provision of access which is suitable for wheelchair users.
NOTE For water connections that comprise more than a single connection to a water main or service, or where new water mains and hydrants will be required, the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Planning and Projects Section, telephone 695958.
NOTE For connections to Flats and Apartments the following apply - "Water Supply to Flats and Apartments - Regulations", and if applicable a "Form Of Undertaking In Respect Of Supply Pipes" will be required. Copies of these documents can be obtained from the IoMWA or alternatively by contacting the IoMWA Byelaws Inspector (Les Quayle on telephone 695957).
NOTE The applicant should consult with the flats inspection team at the Fire Safety Department prior to the commencement of works.
NOTE The applicant's attention is drawn to the provisions of the Building Control Act 1991 which includes specific controls on, and requirements in connection with, demolition of buildings in whole or in part. For further information contact the Department's Office of Environmental Health.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
