Officer's Report
This application relates to a mid terraced house in Hildesley Road which is within the Douglas (Selborne Road) Conservation Area.
The proposal is to replace the existing white upvc double glazed front door with a wooden door and frame resembling an original door or replica.
The existing door is not in keeping with the style of the house and the proposed new wooden door would be more in keeping and would help to enhance the appearance of the Conservation Area.
