The application by Mr and Mrs Wedgewood sought permission to extend and alter their home at Fernlea, Lezayre Road, Ramsey. The works comprised a two-storey side extension, a single-storey rear sunroom, and the erection of a garage positioned on the rear boundary. The officer assessed the proposed alterations and extensions and concluded they were acceptable in planning terms. The Planning Committee approved the application in line with the officer's recommendation.

The officer considered the extensions and garage to be acceptable and recommended approval. The Planning Committee agreed and granted permission subject to three conditions, including a requirement to commence development within four years.
