In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the MINISTER for Infrastructure, following report by the appointed person, does hereby APPROVE the application by Mr Graeme Bisdee - Conversion of ground floor apartment to two apartments and conversion of first and second floor store rooms to a duplex apartment (Retrospective) at 15 Demesne Road, Douglas, IM1 3EB subject to compliance with the following conditions:-
- This approval relates to the conversion of ground floor apartment to 2 apartments and conversion of first and second floor store rooms to a duplex apartment as shown on Drawings No PO1 and PO2 date stamped as received by the Department of Infrastructure on 25 March 2011.
