Billeymillish, Andreas Road, Regaby, Bride. The Director of Planning and Building Control is asked to consider a request to extend the validity of the above approved planning application. Mr B & Mrs S J Young state that they have just purchased the property and do not presently have the funds to commence the approved development before the planning approval expires on the 17th February 2009. Given that there were no adverse representations to the planning application and there have been no significant changes in material planning considerations I would suggest that an extension would be acceptable. Given that no specific period of extension is requested I recommend that the planning approval is extended by two years, so as to expire on the 17th February 2011.
