"Struie" is an existing dwelling situated on the corner of Highfield Drive and Baldrine Road and is a detached bungalow with hipped roof with limited attic accommodation. The existing property is modest in area and height.
Proposed is the removal of the hipped roof and its replacement with a gabled roof with two eaves level dormers in the front elevation.
This has no adverse impact either on the appearance of the property or amenities of neighbours and provides additional accommodation without increasing the foot print of the dwelling

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
