Officer's Report
The site represents a small part of the Robinson's site on the south western side of Cool Road, some of the overall site occupied by the fruit and vegetable packing and packaging plant some retained as agricultural open space.
Proposed here is the erection of a building for use for packing flowers. This building will replace two existing stone buildings and will complement the curved profiles of the new garden centre buildings being built for Riley's, to the west. The building has clear panels in a frame of dark coloured members.
The site already involves the packing of flowers and this building will complement this existing process in a building of appropriate appearance.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2. This approval relates to the erection of a flower packing area as shown in drawings 100, 101, 102, "floorplan and facades" and photograph all received on 9th November, 2004.
N 3. For single connections to a water main (i.e. a single dwelling) the applicant should contact Isle of Man Water Authority Customer Services, telephone 695949.
