Please find below the Commissioners decisions in relation to planning applications considered by them at their meeting on 23rd November 2004.

PA04 2314 - River Vale, Braddan Hills - application for proposed construction of utility within area of rear open porch and the removal of a wall between existing utility and kitchen to enlarge kitchen

The Commissioners would recommend that the above planning application be approved. PA04 2316 - Robinsons, Ballapaddag, Cooil Road, Braddan - Erection of flower packing shed The Commissioners would recommend that the above planning application be approved.

The Commissioners further resolved to request the Planning Committee to consider including a standard condition on all Planning Approvals to prohibit the burning of any building waste on site, whether arising from the building works, or any other waste.
