The application seeks approval for the change of use of a property located on West Quay in Ramsey from an office/showroom to a beauty therapy room.

The property is located in the defined town centre and I consider that its use as a beauty therapy salon is an acceptable use. Accordingly, I consider the proposal to be relatively unobjectionable and recommend that the application be approved.
