Officer’s Report
The site relates to Strandhall Farm, Shore Road, Strandhall. Approval was granted under PA 02/658 for the conversion to the existing outbuildings to 12 dwellings and associated works. Amendments are now proposed on building 3 and building 7.
Building 3 - Porch amendments. The three approved porches are to be enlarged from 1.7 metres to 2.3 metres in width. The central porch is to have a pitched roof rather than a sloping roof to match the others.
Building 7 Amendment to entrance door. The door facing the courtyard would be altered to include 2 glazed panels on either side of the door. The door itself would be partly glazed.
These are judged to be minor amendments and are acceptable.
