The following planning applications have been considered by the Peel Town Commissioners.
- PA 04/02379/B Erection of conservatory on rear elevation, 4 Cushag Drive, Ballawattleworth, Peel RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL.
- PA 04/02385/B Erection of conservatory on rear elevation, 9 Mourne View, Peel. RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL.
- PA 04/02400/B Amendments to previously approved house types on plots 9-12, 41-44, and 17-18 (approved under PA 00/02395, alteration to plot boundaries for plots 13-16, erection of boundary fence and erection of electricity substation, land off Glenfaba Road, Peel. After full consideration the Commissioners wish to register their objection to this application on the grounds that after having previously considered the original application which was approved, it is unacceptable for the applicant to submit an amended application incorporating significant changes.
- PA 04/022403/A Approval in principle for the erection of three dwellings, Land between Cliffe Cottage and Greystones, Battery Road, Peel. After full consideration the Commissioners wish to register their objection to this application citing concerns over the access to the development with its attendant increase in vehicular traffic up and down a narrow lane. The Commissioners own or share the boundary hedge on Battery Road and
