Leafield is a registered building, one of a pair of semi-detached houses on the seaward side of King Edward Road. The proposal involves installing a satellite dish on the rear elevation at ground floor level. The decision was made by the Director of Planning under delegated powers and signed by A. C. Lee. It was determined that the dish would not adversely affect the building's importance or character.

The application was permitted. The installation of the satellite dish on the rear of the registered building was found unlikely to harm its importance or character. Two conditions were attached.
